This is a brief thread for the simple purpose of asking those here if they will boycott watching the Republican debate on January 14th if Rand Paul is excluded? I happened upon the below article this morning from the Wall Street Journal and it appears Rand (according to this article) is likely to be excluded

After reading Sam's article/critique over at Gawker.com I found his example of an 'analogy' to be quite misguided. Rand said the following: “Let’s say we had a terrible president that you didn’t like from another party and that president said, The View, oh you should hear the things they’re saying on The View! We should limit their speech, we should register the journalists, and then we should have an approval board…and that’s silly! We would all be opposed to that… but that’s the danger of letting a president make the rules.” Analogy: a comparison between two things, typically on the basis of their structure and for the purpose of explanation or clarification. I was able to catch Rand Paul on The Morning Joe last night (from yesterday morning) - http://www.msnbc.com/morning-joe/watch/paul--rubio-supporters-back-nsa-r... - here at AC2P and what I took from it was that Rand is not going to back down, period. At the end of the interview Rand ever so eloquently yet firmly stated, that he would not be [pushed around] by any media outlet or told that his campaign is second-tier…
