I came across this yesterday.  I am not sure of the date of recording but it can't be more than a couple days old.

It a couple months old.  I believe this is the video evidence that the Bundy's have referred to in their "redress of grievances". 

This is consistent with my experience but yet there is no room to save a penny in the defense budget.
