BATON ROUGE, La. (Reuters) - A gunman killed three police officers and wounded three others in Louisiana's capital on Sunday, just days after the fatal shooting of a black man there sparked nationwide protests, one of which led to the massacre of five Dallas policemen.

The officers in Baton Rouge were responding to a call of a man carrying a gun when shots were fired at around 9 a.m. local time (10.00 a.m. ET). Two Baton Rouge police officers and one sheriff's deputy were killed.

The Bahamian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration urged its citizens to exercise “appropriate caution” when traveling to the United States, and especially to cities where recent police shootings have occurred.

A suspect accused of shooting a police officer in Ballwin, Missouri this morning has been taken into custody, according to the St. Louis County Police Department.

I asked several longtime residents about the change and they fingered Seaboard foods as the culprit. Seaboard Foods couldn't be importing these foreigners into the city without approval from the highest levels of federal, state, and local governments. I traveled through Guymon decades ago and the change is shocking to say the least.
