I did forget to mention that the site doesn't display well on my phone though.  I guess I don't need to address that now though.  :)

Unless of course Jeb falls below the line.  Then they'll make an exception (while still leaving Rand out).

1) If elected will you take your oath of office to uphold and defend the constitution with the utmost of seriousness?  If so, name me the 3 biggest actions taken by the Federal government that you believe are unconstitutional.

2) For every existing law and every future law, please cite the exact passage in the constitution that gives the federal government the authority for said law.

One thing I used to regularly click on in DP/PL was a link that showed what I had posted.  That allowed me to see if others had responded to what I wrote so I could reply back to them.  Not sure if that already exists but can it be added to the list if not?

Apologies for nit-picking as I am very grateful to you for attempting to pick up the pieces that Nystrom (intentionally) left shattered all over the place.  But a couple of suggestions:

I have to choose a dropdown as well as a checkbox.  Plus I have to scroll down to post the actual content.  I think it would be cool to keep things very simple at first.  Not have so many forum options.  It feels a little bloated.

Also, I liked the +/- on the right hand side as it indents the content of posts, making them harder to read.

And I applaud a company's efforts to find better and more efficient ways to harness cleaner and cheaper fuels.

That said, government needs to stay out of it.  Right now subsidies are picking winners and losers in the realm of energy and this is not only against all liberty ideals but is actually damping down real creativity and innovation.  These green energy companies need to rise or fall on the efficiency of their product and not because they are being supported by government subsidies. 

It makes us weaker as a country and weaker as a people.  But yes!  I look forward to self sustaining green energy endeavors
