Rand Paul said this morning he's "very optimistic" about President-elect Donald Trump's administration and believes Rex Tillerson will be confirmed as secretary of state.

As the fake news media published scores of stories today about how Trump knows full well that Russia and Putin personally ‘hacked’ the election, the president elect asked a simple question, why did it only become an issue AFTER Hillary Clinton lost?
