Open border activists rewriting law from the bench

Trump read language from the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 which clearly grants the President express powers to control the entry of non-citizens into the United States on virtually any basis, but specifically as a duty to protect the citizens from potentially dangerous groups of foreigners.

Republican legislators are not keeping their promise to Americans that they will repeal Obamacare. Republican House and Congress members have been tip-toeing around repealing Obamacare, deliberating whether or not there they can conjure up a replacement most Republicans can support.

Committees in favor of repealing Obamacare were given until January 27th to write bills to Congress opposing the law, however, Republicans have failed to meet that deadline.

Matt Drudge unloaded on Republicans Wednesday, saying they should be “sued for fraud.”

Drudge claimed Republicans “Only know how to be opposition not lead!” and pointed to the lack of an Obamacare repeal as an example. He followed up by saying the “Republican party should be sued for fraud,” urging lawmakers to get “Back to basics.”

Edward Snowden hopes that President Donald Trump will soon drop the case against the NSA whistleblower and allow him to return to the United States, says Snowden’s lawyer.

“We hope very much that the new U.S. president would show some weighted approach to the issue and make the one and only correct decision – to stop prosecution against Edward Snowden,” Anatoly Kucherena, Snowden’s Russian lawyer, told Russian media on Tuesday.

Massie's legislation, HR 899, simply states, "The Department of Education shall terminate on December 31, 2018."

On the day that Betsy DeVos was confirmed as the Secretary of Education, House Representative Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) introduced a short bill to abolish the Department of Education, which was established under the Carter administration in 1980.

This is totally freaking nuts! Donald Trump has been America’s president for almost a full month and he STILL has not gotten his cabinet confirmed thanks to a bunch of lousy Democrat politicians.
