Pence should be CHARGED WITH FRAUD for his political stunt which cost the nation $250.000

It can be proven that Pence pre-planned this trick as there is plenty of evidence to support it.

Therefore BOTH of the following should apply...

1. Pence is charged with FRAUD against the American taxpayer for the quarter million in security and transportation costs he incurred and...

2. He should be required to PAY US BACK EVERY PENNY

As regards #1 there should be the appropriate punishment applied - probably prison time.

Here is some of the evidence that Pence knew the outcome of this but was just trying to make a point...

1. He told the bulk of his entourage not to come into the stadium pending the outcome of the event.

2. He knew damned well that this whole thing started with the 49er's so the likelihood of them continuing the tradition would be great.

3. There is a lot of speculation in the news that Pence colluded with Trump on this stunt and they knew quite well beyond doubt how it would end.

PLENTY of evidence to convict Pence of FRAUD at the very least.
