Fake Street Signs Warn Citizens Police Are ‘Easily Startled’

An unknown vandal hung fake street signs in Minneapolis, Minn., warning citizens that local police officers are “easily startled” over the weekend.

The bright orange signs, first appearing over the weekend, read “WARNING: TWIN CITIES POLICE EASILY STARTLED” and show a police officer firing two guns in separate directions, reports the Star Tribune.

Two metal signs were spotted throughout the city before city workers took them down during the night.

“There’s a side of truth to the sign,” Joe Morin, who brought a friend to see the sign, said. “That tells you there is something wrong with the system.”
