Russia Considers Returning Snowden to U.S. to ‘Curry Favor’ With Trump

Sorry pubs, but if Trump would execute Snowden you would have me fighting against his presidency.

Americans biggest enemy is our U.S. Government and the Fake News Media. I hope Mr. Trump will give full pardon without no string attach.

You can try that. In the meantime, Congress certainly should be informed of your opinion, you can join Downsize DC in requesting pardon (or myself in requesting amnesty) here:

https://downsizedc.org/etp/snowden/

( IMHO, Amnesty is more appropriate in this instance)
Tell the President to pardon Edward Snowden.(This is the Downsize DC header)

Better yet, the President should give Edward Snowden amnesty, since whistle blowing is not a crime!

Remember...

The NSA ran a top-secret program that collected our phone data.

Its "justification" was an ABSURD "secret interpretation" of Section 215 of the Patriot Act.

In June 2013, former NSA contractor Edward Snowden leaked this program to the press.

In response, the ACLU challenged it in federal court.

On May 7, 2015, the 2nd District Court of Appeal *struck down* the program.

This is GOOD NEWS. But...

Snowden is still in exile, and could face decades in prison for doing the right thing!

How is that just?

The Court ruling vindicated Snowden’s actions. This makes it clear that Snowden is a hero, not a criminal.

So why is our government treating as a criminal someone who actually cared about our Bill of Rights?

Cease and desist from such behavior, or we will be certain of who the real criminals are.
