to prosecute Hillary while in office. If he is backing down because President Trump does not believe Hillary cannot be prosecuted by the president alone, that's one thing. Breaking a campaign promise if he does have the power is another.

Is Trump playing it cool, so Hillary won't be charged and Obama pardons her? Or so she won't feel threatened so she leaves the country to somewhere she can't be extradited back to the U.S.
