Hillary lost her security clearance and is under indictment. She cannot swear in. Even if she could she can't see security work/papers. So what gives? There's definitely more to this than meets the eye......

My guess is that no matter how DISQUALIFIED she is there just gonna go with it, say she won and stuff her in there.
Once in she immediately does executive orders to disarm the populace and does the bail IN. Things unwind from there.
