Notice how difficult it is to carry out a mass shooting, especially with the victims in close quarters as in the Orlando attack, with a long gun. It's simply too easy to grab the long gun and deflect it away from harm. And yet the authorities tell us the Orlando attack was perpetrated by a single shooter with a long gun. Now the gun banners are making renewed efforts for "assault rifle" bans.
