BY INDEMNIFYING the major pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies FROM LIABILITY for BODILAY HARM INCLUDING DEATH, it is theoretically possible that Trump’s plan could work. 

(YEAH - BECAUSE THEY CAN SHOVE THRU SOME FAKE, HARMFUL AND VERY PROFITABLE VACCINE WHICH WILL INJURE AND KILL MANY PEOPLE!!!)

First off the virus mutates, like the seasonal flu ,so you would need a new vaccine each year as it will travel the globe and mutate.  Second off, since when does the gov. have the authority to do this? even the flue vaccine is optional.
