OK,

 

I'm convinced. We need a national fundraiser with emphasis on donors being part of the "Billion Dollar Club" at $1,000 each. Others should naturally donate as well. Maybe, inscribe the names of the $1,000 donors on the slats if desired as an incentive. Personally, I don't care. Let's get this job done ... NOW!

 

Once the 2,000 miles of barrier is in place, I want the federal government sued for the return of OUR money.
