Did Mitt Romney Just File As A Candidate For Office For 2016?

In a previous post, and in reply comment to JSBach's post "I don't believe a word...about the party being in a panic!", I added links to not only the filing document that JS provided, and that you have also posted, but also links to the entity that actually did this back in January...Red Curve Solutions.

Red Curve Solutions was/is very cosy with Romney. Brian Crate goes even further back with Romney, working in Romney's administration when he was governor of Massachusetts. Here's a local Salem, MA news article about this.
