EPA going after this guy that followed all of the rules. Just because.

RogueBeekeeper Sat, 02/06/2016 - 11:17

I'm going to be posting this thing around. So this guy is being fined $37,000 a day over a stock pond that he had obtained all of the permits for in Wyoming. The EPA has no authority over stock ponds.

the militia! Oath Keepers needs of know of this.

We need to start many brush fires of liberty. Tell the EPA to back off or we will protest in front of every EPA building in America! That's what someone with time on their hands should organize. A massive nation-wide protest with an ultimatum for the feds to stay in DC and get off our land and out of our states!!!!

candidates, Rand is the only one that would have put a stop to this kind of abuse. Same thing would have gone for the BLM and what's going on out west.

I STILL STAND WITH RAND!

Ron, has the no compromise against the Corporatist agendas, no matter their threats and controlled media hyped propaganda. This isn't just my personal view about Rand, but the overwhelming feedback from active political followers, they like a lot of what Rand says, but he's weak.

That, being said, this Corporatist agenda is way too big for even somebody like Ron, who would do his best to reign in the Federal invasion of the Liberties of Americans, but it will only be solved by a organized civil disobedience revolt against the Corporatists. The focus must on electing local and state officials who support Liberty. Trying to elect Federal government officials is a waste of time, they all cave to Corporate powers and hide out in the District of Criminals where they avoid their constituents. The local and state officials live near by and can easily be targeted by the masses if they fail to follow through with their duties. The #1 objective should be to elect a Constitutional Sheriff, as they are supreme law of the county and can reject any federal encroachments.

People, may have mixed views on the Oregon standoff, but there's many issues of aggressive federal tyranny, like the posted case, that can be told to people to wake them up to the dire straits we have reached and their freedoms are fading fast if the Corporatists aren't stopped. The World Zionist Cabal has developed a slow gradual process based on the methods of the Bolsheviks, that is partially described in what is known as the Ukrainian Holodomor, which was modeled throughout the Soviet states. Once, the Corporatists conrol all the food production and resources they will control the lives of all Americans.

Rand didn't speak boldly enough for liberty imo, but now there is not one person on the field who even remotely supports human rights; it is kind of depressing. I sure hope the Libertarians put up a clear headed, pro-freedom person, but they will probably put up someone who bunts too.

Reason being Rand was trying to win an election. If he would have come out speaking boldly in defense of what was happening in Oregon, he most likely would have been aligned with "white extremist terrorists" - as many in the media were painting them as. The public by in large viewed these patriots as "domestic terrorists". But the public also sees color - and to many of them, all they see is hillbilly redneck racists. They don't see patriots defending everyone's liberty. It would have brought up all the past BS of Ron's newsletters and the apple not falling far from the tree. You and I could see it for what it is, but the majority of sheep would swallow the big gulp of kool-aid and ask for more. It's unfortunate, but the truth of the matter is that would have been political suicide for Rand both for this presidential election as well as his senate re-election, not to mention this would follow him in any other future elections. Not the right time or place for Rand to get involved. Had he been in the white house, and actually had the power to make any changes, then I could see Rand doing/saying something about it. He first needed to get elected by the sheep.

"Rand didn't speak boldly enough for liberty imo, but now there is not one person on the field who even remotely supports human rights; it is kind of depressing."

This was exactly the point I was making to people who turned their noses up at Rand for not being "enough" like his father. It was never enough! He stood for hours at two different filibusters and spoke against the destruction of the Constitution and the defense of our civil liberties at every interview, stage, and platform he was given. And still, that was never enough for some. Now they're left with the choices they made and no one to defend Liberty on a much bigger platform. It's as if people refuse a 90% ideal candidate because he's not 100% - and now they're stuck with nothing. For supposedly being the most informed and smart voters, this was NOT a smart choice.

I STILL STAND WITH RAND!

I am not faulting Rand. I appreciate his effort and could not have done any better but face it, speaking in half tones won't win the establishment.

Now Rand can shake the dust of the presidential race off his sandals and be the senator from Kentucky. He should speak to their property rights to farm, to make hemp, and to stop the seizure of their private lands by the Feds.

Rand can join with Massie, Amash and other pro-liberty congress members. There is a representative from Alabama who introduced a bill to get out of the UN. imo, Action from the House and Senate will be more powerful than holding the presidency. Until January of 2017 all eyes will be on the race for the White House; Rand and the liberty compatriots can move on the sides.
