Free State Project - Is It Happening?

The Free State Project reached its goal of getting 20,000 liberty minded people to pledge to move to New Hampshire within the next 5 years.   New Hampshire has 1.3 million citizens and already has some propensities toward libertarian based laws.   What do you think of the idea of purposeful migration to create a liberty friendly areas and communities that actually can (with enough numbers) influence laws and political office?  Also, do you see this trending to a point where people are self segregating in various locations to utilize the strength in numbers principle?

I have long thought that the best way for us to achieve a free society is for like-minded lovers of freedom to coalesce in a lightly populated location.  It appears to me that a super majority of Americans do not favor liberty.  They do not hold it as a priority.  Many do not hold our principles...or any principles at all. It is, in general, an ignorant, apathetic, and plastic society at this point in time.  I think that the evidence is there...that the majority won't be turned toward liberty any time soon.  With constant bombardment by the controllers and with their constant control over media and education, it seems near impossible to me for the country as a whole to transform into the free society we desire.  For every step forward we take, they shove us 2 steps back.  Since libertarians are fragmented and strewn throughout the country, we aren't as effective as we could be.  I believe we must show the rest of the populace that people can actually thrive under liberty.  When we achieve freedom in a given territory and prove its viability, others may follow.
