Why has no one called out Marco Rubio. He was born in the US four years before his parents became citizens.  So, does birth place citizenship qualify as natural born?  I wouldn't think so.

It isn't surprising that few people follow the rule of law according to the Constitution.  Personally, i think you shouldn't be considered to be a natural born citizen if you have ever had duel citizenship. The purpose was to make sure that whomever ran for president had to assure allegiance to America and to no other country. It the same reason why I couldn't vote for Jesse Ventura for president, since he was born a natural citizen but chose to become a duel citizen. 

It all boils down to natural law and natural loyalties.  Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen.  I'm sorry if that hurts anyones feelings, but its just a fact. 

Ted is born to an American Mother and a Cuban Father in Canada.  Ted spent the first 4 years of his life in Canada and only renounced his Canadian citizenship last year.  His father became an American citizen in around 2008.

Yes he is an American Citizen but he is not Natural born.  He was born with at least dual loyalties and potentially a third.  He has a natural loyalty to his mother's country, to the country he was born in, and also to the country his father was born into (and was a citizen of for most of his life and may yet retain Cuban citizenship)

Furthermore three countries can claim jurisdiction over Ted Cruz technically.  Canada, America, and Cuba can all claim him as a citizen.

Now why do natural loyalties matter?  Because when you are the President and Commander in Chief of her armies you are in a position to wield power and influence.  If your loyalties are divided, it can affect the decisions you make.  If there arose a conflict between Cuba and America or Canada and America over trade, military, or threats to those countries we would need Ted Cruz to do what is best for America.  Maybe he would and maybe he wouldn't.  The very fact that it could be a question at all means that his loyalties have been divided by the nature of his birth. 

All other elected positions in America are open to Ted Cruz except for the Presidency and technically speaking, the Vice Presidency.

No other country in the world allows a person with divided loyalties to become their King, president, Prime Minister, Chancellor, Czar, Dictator or whatever.
