Gary Johnson quits top weed job to run for president

Former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson has left his role as the head of a marijuana company and will run for president as a libertarian.

Johnson announced his campaign Wednesday on Fox News.

"I want to take this opportunity to announce my candidacy for president," Johnson said. "I am hoping to get the Libertarian nomination for president in 2016 and in fact offer that alternative."

"I think the biggest problem facing this country is the $20 trillion debt that we will have when Obama leaves office," he said. "Government is too big, it’s unwieldy, it’s out of control, we need to get control."

Not Again!

They are having trouble stifling Rand, so now they need to attempt to split the base once again.

Go away Johnson, you where never in it to change anything, other than to take down the Paul's with your liberty-extra extra lite.

His KONY shit still pisses me off.

HE IS A STOOGE!

Not voting for him, won't even think about it. Where in the hell has he been the last four years? What a moron to just come out and say I am running for president after he has been in hiding and not standing up against the crap that has been going on?

Let's get back to Liberty and Freedom.
Trump is working with the Establishment.

he would have been running since last spring.  Hard work, or a lack thereof as past deeds stay in the past.

I would not say this if he had been putting in the hard work; otherwise,  you have to be making the case by promoting liberty and converting one person at a time to have any reasonable chance at success; yet the timing is very odd and suspicious.  You should always ask yourself: cui bono?

He is probably been ask to help split the vote. It affects Rand, Carson , Cruz, Trump. It only helps people like Bush, Christy, and that fucking Ken doll.

Those who are; are those whom are not.

The timing is highly suspicious! How can someone enter the race after missing every debate at this point?

A few issues he has are deal breakers for me personally BUT if the right Republican is not running in the general I will vote for Gary like I did in 2012.  Wouldn't it be interesting to see if the media gives him some regular coverage.  They are not even familiar with the Libertarian process.  That's pathetic if you ask me.  Do your jobs!  Imagine if the Libertarian candidates got the coverage that the Dems and Reps get leading up to their convention.  I'm glad that they have appeared to getting out there earlier too.  I doubt if Gary had not been a Gov. and a one time Rep. candidate he would have ever got the chance.  Keep bridging the gap it is the only way we can blur the establishment line.

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Oh He'll get coverage, and it will be more than Rand.

I still think he is a part of the game, playing his role.

And queue the growth of the cluster even more. Why in the world would Johnson announce this late in the game? It just keeps getting better and better...pile it on! The Paul voters are not going to lean. If they all repeat the policies and positions of Paul, what's left for Paul to do? Maddening!
