Nice. Just as I'm getting ready to buy my rifle. I have to get a permit here in New York. They have terrible laws here so I'm limited to getting a bolt action ... so maybe that means I can get all of those things anyway since it's a bolt-action and not a semi.

How the Constitution is not followed at all.  When the requirement for being eligible for president is not followed and no one seems to care, there is a real problem.  Funny how Trump was calling out Obama about his eligibility, but is silent about Cruz and Rubio.  Considering that Americans have historically not trusted Cuba, it is interesting that two candidate of Cuban descent are making progress and no one is questioning whether they are eligible.

Rubio should resign, not just from office, but also from his presidential campaign (along with the slimeball Cruz) because neither one of them are eligible to be President of the United States!! Neither are Natural Born Citizens as required by the Constitution (just as Obama is not) because in all 3 cases, they do not have parents who were both American citizens when they were born!  This is a true and verifiable statement and needs to be shouted from the rooftops!  The Constitution cannot defend itself people!  That job falls to us, the American people and it is well past time that we start demanding that it be followed!!  Does anybody really believe that either Cruz or Rubio care one bit about protecting and defending the Constitution if they are already attempting to openly violate it to gain the office of President???  I think they both should be confronted with this issue at every turn!  At the very least it will keep them from any plausible deniability, as well as make the American public aware of this very important issue!  Cruz is doing everything he can to garner "tea party"  votes and I would hope that this voting block in particular should care very much about the fact that Cruz is a phony who could care less about what the Constitution mandates!! Come on people, spread the word far and wide!

I'm not sure either you or ecard is understanding mothercirce's point. It is not that since some/most politicians are bad, therefore Rand must be, and it is not that Rand believes in just as big a government as the other DC elitists, it is that government is inherently and immutably immoral and therefore participating in it is immoral. If we accept that premise then Rand would be immoral for his job, and we would be immoral to elect him to anything for any reason. This is a simple and logically consistent argument that is predicated on only one thing: Is all government immoral as a matter of course? Until you can address the real issue mothercirce has with Rand, you are inadvertently using straw men, and will never have a real dialog. Personally, I disagree with the premise, but it is a valid question and neither of you has really addressed it.
