Just received the following in an email from Tim Eyman!
OUR LAWSUIT ASKS THE COURT TO DECLARE INSLEE'S ENDLESS EMERGENCY PROCLAMATIONS UNCONSTITUTIONAL
When we went to federal court, the judge eventually ruled that we needed to file our challenge in state court.
When we went to the state supreme court, they eventually ruled it needed to be filed in state court.
