Some are so intent on gun control that they support alleged anonymous charges, registered in a secret database then used to punish people without access to the charges against them and no recourse to contest — like the Star Chamber of old. Calls to deprive people of their Constitutionally protected gun rights because they have been put on a secret list violates not only the 2nd Amendment but the 6th Amendment’s protections.

The investigation leading to the raid began at least seven months earlier, when Robert Harte and his son went to a gardening store to purchase supplies to grow hydroponic tomatoes for a school project.

I am assuming that the Rep. is one of the endorsers of the Rand Paul campaign in New Hampshire.  Short Q and A about Rand's position on people with disabilities.

Looks like one person in the media caught a glimpse of what has happened to Rand in regards to Trump/Cruz siphoning his long standing talking points and messaging.  It took the liberal media to point out the obvious though.  Meanwhile conservative talk radio once again is making a big deal out of Trumps comments as if they are original and that he is the only one with the "balls" to talk about these things.

Caught this over the weekend and was screaming at the radio wondering when someone would mention that there has been a plan proposed to ending the taxpayer funded foreign aid to the world.  Thought the film might be something to add to the essentials list as I am not familiar with anything similar on the topic.

In the wake of the latest GOP debate Rand’s polling numbers haven’t experienced a major increase. Paul has stated his dedication to staying in the race at least through the Iowa caucus and expects his ground game and student support to elicit a strong showing there. In the meantime it’s highly questionable if he’ll be included in the next GOP debate.
