President Trump will announce 10 nominees to the lower federal courts Monday. A White House official confirmed to The New York Times the 10 nominees will be the first in what will be monthly waves of judicial appointments.

Barack Obama implored members of Congress to have the “courage” not to repeal the Affordable Care Act Sunday night.

The former president made his first public remarks about the proposed health care legislation just days after House Republicans voted to pass the measure 217 to 213. If it passes the Senate, it would repeal and replace major parts of Obamacare.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott signed the State’s sanctuary city bill into law Sunday night during a Facebook Live event from his office. The new law is now the toughest anti-sanctuary city law in the United States and provides for criminal and civil penalties for police chiefs and sheriff’s that refuse to honor immigration detainers.

The Washington Post is drumming up hysteria over an American labor shortage if the H-2B foreign guest worker visa is limited by the Trump Administration, despite no evidence indicating a crunch.

In a piece chronicling a low-skilled worker in the U.S. on an H-2B visa, the Post pleads for the expansion of the program, with language already in a House-passed omnibus spending bill that would do the same.

WikiLeaks published a hacking tool known as “Archimedes” in another installment of their CIA Vault 7 leak series today.

WikiLeaks claims the hacking tool is used to infiltrate and attack computers that are linked via a local area network (LAN). The program essentially uses one computer to share viruses across the network, rerouting computer traffic to an exploitation server that allows the CIA to monitor network traffic on the computer.

Lawmakers are concerned the Pentagon’s F-35 contracting office didn’t order several F-35 fighter jets even though Congress appropriated the money.

A defense appropriations report included as part of the 2017 funding bill sent Thursday to President Donald Trump mentions “there is concern that the number of F-35s enacted in annual Department of Defense Appropriations Acts are not being placed on contract by the JSF PEO in a timely manner.”
