When we look back at 2016 we will remember it as a year when people started waking up. Countless 'conspiracy theories' have become mainstream facts.

David Gleeson and his partner Mary Mihelic assembled 52 cinder blocks near the edge of Jacumba Hot Springs, Calif., a border town about 70 miles southeast of San Diego.

Apparently, Gleeson and Mihelic also took to heart Trump's promise to make Mexico pay for the wall.

They sent an itemized bill for $14,635.42 to Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto, because the wall was "made in the USA."

Politics must take a back seat this morning as we face the horror of five dead police officers, 11 total shot, 6 injured, after a Black Lives Matters peaceful protest in Dallas Texas went horribly wrong.

The Dallas police department said at least two to three snipers were involved in the open assault on the officers Thursday evening during protests over two fatal police shootings of black men in Louisiana and Minnesota.

Another video of a police shooting has once again put attention on racial disparities in the criminal justice system. On Tuesday, police shot and killed Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The video shows police pinning Sterling down, then shooting him after allegedly seeing a gun.

The family of a Brooklyn man shot dead by an off-duty cop during a road-rage incident demanded Tuesday that the officer be charged in the killing — or they’ll “hunt him down” themselves.

Zoe Dempsey, the 23-year-old niece of slain dad Delrawn Small, said, “We will seek our justice’’ — and get violent if necessary.

“This is war. I’m from Brooklyn. This is our neighborhood,’’ Dempsey said.

A former Jackson police officer has pleaded guilty to a federal charge relating to money he stole from a suspected drug dealer who was actually an undercover FBI agent.

Bryan Jones, 44, pleaded guilty Wednesday before U.S. District Judge Daniel Jordan to one count of interfering with commerce by threats or violence. Jones faces up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine at sentencing, scheduled for Sept. 23. He remains free on $10,000 bail.
