He stayed away because he would have been screwed either way.  Vote no to keep up the appearance that he is a conservative or vote yes because he is a military spending hawk.  I don't understand why people like him  People think he is smart and well spoken.  I think he is just good at regurgitating facts from his advisors.  He can't think for himself.  Rand would destroy him in a one on one debate.  But the MSM would no doubt say Rubio won.

He needs to resign.  I live in Florida and am appalled by Rubio.  Don't forget Kasich.  He should switch to Democrat too.  Maybe even Bush.

"How and by whom?"

Considering that only Michael can ultimately judge what might be considered harm to his reputation, just as only you can ultimately judge what might be considered harm to yours and I as such to mine, it is folly for me to speculate on 'how and why' in Michael's case. My point was an extrapolation from my assumptive notion that Michael's decision-making process is geared toward making a better life for Michael. However seemingly frustrating his decisions have been to me at any given time, he remains steadfastly reputable to me as role model, starkly reminding me to gear my decisions toward a better life for me. I have found myself oddly deceived at times thinking that others have benefited from my decisions when I have not. In other words, in those situations I've inevitably come to doubt how much benefit was actually provided to others. All evidence extends from self-evidence.

"I also find it odd that the site went down shortly after a member posted a program allowing users to archive any member's posts and comments."

Personally, I find less oddity in effect when I am provided reasonable cause.

"Fortunately, I was able to capture mine before the plug was pulled."

You're an admirable leader of sorts in that regard, as I have not yet done so.

Been posting this site address on FB pro liberty groups walls hoping to draw in badly needed new blood so we can expand. The block on new people at the PL might have been a preview to it shutting down.

Nothing will grow if we just keep talking to each other.

Rubio would have voted for that dismal spending bill.

He would have been called out on it and didn't need the unfavorable media coverage.

It was chocked full of spending for the industrial military complex.

I have a feeling he is not running for his senate seat because he knows he would be challenged and would loose here too.

they want people to live in sustainable agenda 21 micro units, so long as they can charge us the same amount as what we pay now for regular sized accommodations. The whole sustainable development scheme is not to provide affordable housing to the homeless, it is to take the current working population and rent them out glorified closets for the same price. This will just lower every ones standard of living and create more homeless people by pricing them out of the market.  I call it Agenda Twenty None

The only problem for Rand is that playing politics like this is not working for him.  Let's face it, his father was leading the polls heading into the Iowa caucus at this stage of the game last year whereas Rand is barely hanging on by a thread right now, in my opinion he would have been better off telling it like it is and rallying the base while spreading the message.  He has failed to differentiate himself from the pack because he is trying to play politics just like the rest of them.  Like I said he is still the best choice by far but there is a reason why there is very little excitement about his campaign compared to Ron in 2008 and 2012.
