An Arizona police department released body camera footage showing an officer gunning down a man as he crawled toward him, just a few hours after a jury found the officer not guilty Thursday.

The new body camera footage shows the 2016 fatal shooting of Daniel Shaver by officer Philip Brailsford at a Phoenix, Ariz. hotel. Brailsford and other officers showed up to the hotel to respond to a call about a person waving a gun out of the hotel’s window.

CNN claimed that a Wikileaks surrogate shopped stolen Democratic documents to Trump Jr. in a September 4, 2016 email, essentially giving the Trump campaign special access. However, the email — which was obtained by The Daily Caller — was clearly not sent until September 14, a full day after the documents had already been released to the general public.
