Republicans and Democrats are preparing for more sex allegations as candidates in several must-win races for Democrats have already been affected – allegations insider Roger Stone recently suggested are on the way.

“This is something that cannot just derail a campaign, but as we’ve seen … can also impact other candidates running for other offices, and that’s something that they’re mindful of as well,” said Doug Heye, a former spokesman for the Republican National Committee.

A federal judge declared a mistrial in the case against Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy after prosecutors willfully withheld evidence showing that government agents behaved illegally during a 2014 standoff.

Judge Gloria Navarro dismissed jurors Wednesday nearly one month after a trial began against Bundy and his sons, Ammon and Ryan Bundy, both of whom were accused three years ago of leading an armed standoff with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).

The House is poised to reauthorize a controversial warrantless surveillance program allowing government collection of foreign emails on U.S. soil.

The authority known as Section 702, established in 2008 as part of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Amendments Act, allows the National Security Agency to collect information and communications of overseas foreign targets from U.S. companies without a warrant.

Former talkshow host and comedian Rosie O’Donnell proudly and openly attempted to bribe Republican Senators Tuesday night, which is of course a felony.

As the bill on tax reform was being debated in the Senate, O’Donnell offered “2 million to any GOP senator who votes no” on the bill. No Republicans took Rosie up on her offer as all 51 voted in favor of the bill.

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders shredded Democratic California Rep. Ted Lieu on Tuesday after he used a false tweet from The Hill to accuse Sanders of lying.

The Hill’s tweet misrepresented a Sanders quote from her appearance Tuesday morning on “Fox & Friends.”

An investigation into potential voter fraud has been launched in the Senate special election between Roy Moore and winner Doug Jones by Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill.

A random interview on Fox 10 (above) with a Jones supporter shortly after the election triggered the investigation. A man was approached by a camera and was asked by the reporter why he is so excited about Jones’s victory. The man said quite jubilantly:
