BREAKING: MULTIPLE DEAD, CHILDREN SHOT IN CALIFORNIA SCHOOL SHOOTING

A reported shooting in northern California has left at least three people dead in Tehema County, California.

The Tehama County Sheriff’s Office says the shooting happened at an elementary school in Rancho Tehama around 8:00 am. local time. Rancho Tehama is about 115 miles north of the state capital of Sacramento.

A Corning Unified School district employee confirmed there were injuries at the school.

Police are investigating at least five crime scenes. At least 100 law enforcement officers have responded to the crime scenes.
Children have been moved from the school to a safe location.

Three individuals, including a shooter, died after a Tuesday shooting at a school in California.

One witness reported that two kids were shot and another witness reported hearing up to 100 shots fired near Rancho Tehama Elementary School near Corning, Calif., reported WJLA.

Coy Ferreira was dropping his daughter off for kindergarten when he heard a gunshot and a school secretary told the children that someone was shooting at the school and ordered them to enter classrooms.
