From Wiki...  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eminent_domain#Constitution

The term "eminent domain" was taken from the legal treatise De Jure Belli et Pacis, written by the Dutch jurist Hugo Grotius in 1625,[2] which used the term dominium eminens (Latin for supreme lordship) and described the power as follows:

"... The property of subjects is under the eminent domain of the state, so that the state or he who acts for it may use and even alienate and destroy such property, not only in the case of extreme necessity, in which even private persons have a right over the property of others, but for ends of public utility, to which ends those who founded civil society must be supposed to have intended that private ends should give way. But it is to be added that when this is done the state is bound to make good the loss to those who lose their property."

The fifth amendment closes with " nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

My first question is, how can your property be contracted away from you when you do not agree to the governments idea of "just compensation ?" This would make the "contract" null and void on the spot. You paid 100,000 5 years ago but the government says that the fair market value is now 75,000, and you have no choice but to take it seems to radically change the meaning of the word, "just."

Another question, where does the government come up with this envelope stuffed with sweaty federal reserve notes known as "just compensation ?" That's right, they extort that monopoly money under threat of force and color of law from only certain slaves, but not others. (isn't that in of itself discrimination ?) How can compensation be just when the compensation itself has been acquired in a totally cowardly, immoral, and UN-JUST way ? HMMMMMM ???

Furthermore, since it seems that our understanding of Eminent Domain comes to us from dominium eminens Meaning, (Supreme Lordship) it clearly says to me that we can never own property or be sovereign while we continue this charade of liberty known as the constitution and government. Clearly, even today, all property is owned by the government. Look at the deed to your property, why is your name listed as tenant ? Tenant is slave, the true owner the state, is sovereign. Same goes for your cars, boats, trailers, ETC...

So who is really responsible for this extortion, theft and assault known as eminent domain ? Very simple, the well armed bitch ass clowns approved by the local board of trustees to the government corporation with a monopoly on the use of force who physically come to your property and kidnap you and take what they want from you up to and including murder. I never understand when these order followers go and iniate violence against some fella and his private property, people don't root for the non violent guy minding his business to defend himself with all force necessary to repeal such wickedness and evil. Don't get me wrong, ALL the politicians share some criminality in the proceedings, but it ain't Obama or Rand showing up to your house with a gun. Just the soulless drones who follow and obey the evil that dictates to them from an ivory tower paid for and built with "JUST COMPENSATION."
