Ryan: Congress Will Scrap, Replace Obamacare in 2017

House Speaker Paul Ryan said flatly on Tuesday that Obamacare will be repealed and replaced in 2017.

“The legislating is going to be done this year,” he said during a news conference. “We are going to be done with legislating with respect to Obamacare.”

On Sunday, President Donald Trump had indicated the timetable could be more fluid.
