Help the LIBERTARIANS! (The Party of Principle).

I sent them $15.00 to help them get to the 15% needed in the polling to qualify for the presidential debates in October.

Then I ordered $25.00 worth of yard signs, bumper stickers, door hangings and brochures.

Anyone who wants to help Gary Johnson can do that here:

I honestly would like very much to see Johnson in the debates, if only to hear his defense of the comments made in the Libertarian debates. I encourage all who can donate to his campaign in good conscience to do so. As for me, I can't.

I mean what's not to like about their platform?

It's designed to follow the Constitution basically word for word.

My husband and I make financial decisions together so we will be likely to donate as well, when we can.

...candidate in 2008.

They are more principled than the Libertarians technically. But they do inject a not so small dose of religion into their party.

For now my goal is to get the only real viable party into those debates.

And ultimately to HURT the 2 major corrupt parties.

I feel our best chance is still with the Libertarians simply because they are on every state ballot.

religion in the party platform. Honestly, I would have preferred to see Austin Petersen or John McAfee get the Libertarian nod, If that had happened, I would have even changed my party affiliation! But Johnson's bent toward 'reverse discrimination' against people of faith, and his praise of Obama really 'set' my mind against a Johnson vote. I perceived his positions as adding further injury to the freedoms lost by people of faith, and have posted a few links why. His choice of William Weld , a CFR member, simply added insult to that injury.

"Johnson:
I responded to that question in the legal context of whether a public business has the right to refuse to serve a member of the public, as distasteful as it might be. The simple answer to that question is, whether all like it or not, U.S. law has recognized the principle of public accommodation for more than 100 years: The principle that, when a business opens its doors to the public, that business enters into an implied contract to serve ALL of the public. Further, when that business voluntarily opens its doors, the owners voluntarily agree to adhere to applicable laws and regulations — whether they like those laws or not."
