The Supreme Court has struck down the Texas law requiring abortion clinics to have doctors with out-patient surgery privileges at a local hospital, so what should Texas' response be?

If Texas secedes, there better be wall, because it will have a giant sucking sound of immigrants from the USA.

and take some other 'states' with them. I could see the whole Midwest, and potentially the South (especially Oklahoma!) following suit if the right situation ensued. My better half voted for secession, I frankly would try the other options first, as well. Constitutionally literate (and supportive!) members in the House from Texas could try articles of particulars if Hillary is the President, then try to convince other Governors to come along for the ride if no progress was made. The tendency to divide the power between the two parties does work to our benefit, unless we gain left and right statists, then we will face a real up-hill battle.
