HOW ABOUT YOUR HOME? THINK RATIONALLY FOR JUST ONE SECOND!! As a President he wants to protect people as much as hes able , so ....defunding them puts politicaly preasure on them so they will let him send in the FEDERAL TROOPS(aka border patrol ,HSA ,etc)
