She claims patients are not dying from COVID-19, but from medical mismanagement and neglect. From patients being given the wrong type of insulin, to a hospital refusing to give blood transfusions to anyone who is not experiencing internal bleeding, Ms. Sirotek has seen it all. "Nobody is listening, they don't care what is happening to these people. They don't. I'm literally coming in here daily and watching them kill them."  She asserts she has been assigned to dead people, nobody even knew it. She had to discover it for herself. After working in two New York hospitals, she is at the end of her rope and breaks down into tears. "Am I the only one who is not a sociopath here?", she asks.

UPDATE: Gov. Cuomo is threatening to charge NY state income tax to health care workers who are voluntarily serving in New York. This needs to be hammered loud and clear if he jumps into the race for the DNC nomination for president..Who does he think he is?
