Qaddafi himself was taken out shortly after announcing he wanted a new african currency backed by gold.  He was gone witn about a year.

In late 2000 Saddam Hussein (after being sanctioned and bombed for over 10 years by the USA )announced he would no longer use the Petro-Dollar.  So 9/11 conveniently happened and Iraq was attacked using that as the excuse and within 3 days after falling, Iraqi oil once again flowedin Petro-dollars.

So any country which tries to stay independent of the Rothchilds banking system they are taken out and replaced with one that will.
