Oh dear Lord. Does Roger's lawyer even know the real meaning of fascism? Apparently not as both Roger and Alex Jones as well have trouble with understanding basic consitutional principles, e.g the US Constitution does NOT grant rights. In other words, an American does NOT have "First Amendment rights", Roger, nor does an American have "Second Amendment rights", Alex. It's no wonder that the USA is lost since even some Supreme Court judges don't really understand the US Constitution. Who's been selecting those judges? Well, the special interests in control of the corporate selection process for the political parties with THEIR candidates via the 17th Amendment. Remember, crap rolls downhill from those purchased US Supreme Court justices.

For Alex and Roger, constitutions RESTRICT a particular level of government from encroaching on our DIVINE rights. If a particular constitution can allegedly GRANT rights, then it can also remove them. Thankfully, constitutions do NOT grant rights which we ALREADY possess as divine gifts to humanity.

Isn't it funny that Infowars ("corporate") wants to use the force of government to ensure a continuous revenue stream for Alex Jones by seeking a legislative remedy to FORCE PRIVATE companies to host his content in the name of freedom of speech or "First Amendment rights". Speech is a DIVINE right which is already protected from encroachment at the federal level via the First Amendment.  I should add that a divine right CAN be restricted by a specific constitution if SPECIFICALLY enumerated, e.g. freedom of speech only allowed under certain conditions. I would suggest that such a restriction by a constitution in our republican form of government would be grounds for ejection from the Union of States. The partial enumeration of the more important divine rights in the "Bill of [Divine] Rights" was an attempt to limit any overreach of the central government via the Federalist constitution. Unfortunately, the Anti-Federalists were right as too much power was transferred to the central government in our current Federalist version even with a "Bill of [Divine] Rights" attached.  These constitutional attempts at the federal and state levels to PROTECT, not grant, divine rights do NOT apply to private entities.

Very well said. I wish more people understood rights and wrongs.
