Republicans have great, budget cutting rhetoric when Democrats are in power, just as Democrats are rhetorically advocates of peace when Republicans are in power. They are both liars! Just look at the latest efforts by each of the major parties to control their candidates, "loyalty oaths" to support the parties candidates regarless of their merits or lack thereof.
