Alex Jones’ Written Statement on Internet Censorship

This is a dangerous precedent that can be used against any ideology, left or right

So far, the following companies have declared war on free speech:

Facebook, YouTube, Apple, Google Podcast, Spotify, TuneIn, Spreaker, iHeartRadio, Audioboom, Pinterest,
MailChimp, Stitcher, Disqus, Sprout Social, LinkedIn, …YouPorn?

Want to boycott authoritarian tech giants? Here are some platforms we recommend that value free speech:

Gab.ai instead of Twitter; Minds.com instead of Facebook; BitChute.com instead of YouTube, DuckDuckGo.com instead of Google

Please stop missusing the phrase "free speech." Jones has the freedom to speak his mind on his own property. Period. When you water down the definition of words, particularly words relating to law and rights, you are ceding ground to the left.

So, Alex, do you want the US Congress to intervene in your financial spat with private companies? Are you promoting an "Internet Bill of Rights"? Your hypocritical stance is a result of your prior monetization of platforms developed by other companies when you should have relied EXCLUSIVELY on your own platforms for generating revenue. In another thread, I've given you other options for platforms which are far, FAR more reliable in generating revenue in the long term. Instead, you and other people want to use platforms developed by other companies as a source of revenue and then whine when those sources of revenue are removed. Although this recent collusion among some major players on the Spynet has financially impacted your organization and constitutes racketeering on their part, these private companies have the right to do as they wish with their platform. Infowars still has access to the Spynet so your only viable legal remedy is pursuing a RICO lawsuit.

Asking the government to intervene will just bring another layer of control with disastrous side effects. Money does indeed breed hypocrisy. Build your OWN damn platform for generating revenue and STOP these attempts to coerce other companies into providing you the means to do so.
