Ted Cruz is Not a Legal US Citizen at All!

Freedom Express Sat, 02/13/2016 - 07:10

The debate over whether or not Senator Ted Cruz is eligible for the U.S. Presidency is about to end. It has now been confirmed that Senator Ted Cruz is neither a “U.S. natural born Citizen” or a “legal U.S. citizen.”

According to all relative legal citizenship documentation available at present, Senator Ted Cruz was born Rafael Edward Cruz, a legal citizen of Canada on December 22, 1970 and maintained his legal Canadian citizenship from birth until May 14, 2014, 43 years later.

If somebody really makes a formidable argument using the empirical facts presented by JB Williams, Cruz will not only be declared ineligible for POTUS, but will be removed from the Senate. Anybody with a little common sense, should automatically have bells going off just by Ted's failure to disclose his 1.2 million dollar Goldman Sachs and the half million Citibank loans, and listing his wife as being a 'baker', when she's a Goldman Sachs VP of Wealth Management?? What, did she bake some cookies for her scum Bankster boss, Lloyd Blankfein, for doing their 'gods work'?

including Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh are idiots. They fail to address the fact that the intent of who qualifies falls not just to both parents but additionally, more to the father vs. the mother. These two articles further expand on that issue.

"Admittedly, the sources can be tricky on this score. By way of illustration, the editor’s headnote to Bacon v. Bacon, an English decided by the Court of King’s Bench, seems to imply that the mother can pass citizenship. But the body of the case asserts clearly (link is external) that the relevant status is that of the father."

"People are entitled to their own opinions about what the definition ought to be," Tribe writes. "But the kind of judge Cruz says he admires and would appoint to the Supreme Court is an 'originalist,' one who claims to be bound by the narrowly historical meaning of the Constitution's terms at the time of their adoption. To his kind of judge, Cruz ironically wouldn't be eligible, because the legal principles that prevailed in the 1780s and '90s required that someone actually be born on U.S. soil to be a 'natural born' citizen. Even having two U.S. parents wouldn’t suffice. And having just an American mother, as Cruz did, would have been insufficient at a time that made patrilineal descent decisive."

No, it was just a misunderstanding, eh!  He listed her occupation as BANKER, and just forgot the letter N.  Its an honest mistake, and it could happen to any carpet-bagging canuck with fascist political aspirations.  /sarc
