Ron Paul - big picture stuff, a good lecture

that I favor the +/- (with actual numbers) voting choice.  Five stars doesn't do it nor does 100% Thumbs Up. The community, and most especially the lurkers, have to see the high numbers (up or down) to be alerted to something extraordinary.
