As I listened to Luke and Kelly go from topic to topic, the theme between them was their common search for ideas to remedy each issue raised: not just bitch about obvious problems. My favorite part starts at the 10:34 mark, where Kelly describes how diplomacy, and other types of reconciliation challenges, work through well when we first get honest about our own shortcomings.
