Roy Moore Still Refuses To Concede [VIDEO]

Defeated Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore released a video Wednesday announcing he will not concede defeat in the Tuesday special election until the ballots have been certified.

Moore captured 48.38 percent of the vote to Democrat Doug Jones’ 49.92 percent, but refused to concede even after all counties had reported their results, saying Tuesday night “it’s not over.”

“In this race, we have not received the final count​ to include ​military and provisional ballots,” Moore said in the Wednesday video message. “This has been a very close race and we are awaiting certification by the secretary of state.”
