When we first moved to our town we didn't know much about it. The reason we moved here is because it was the foreclosure capital of the world. It felt like a ghost town. But real estate has come back. Yes, an unreported number of properties are being held back so the inventory doesn't overpopulate and prices can continue to rise.

What the heck is an International BAccalaurete? $ Notice the (R) by the Advance Placement claim. It is all about $. What schools are supposed to be doing. What we pay for on our property taxes for education means nothing. These parents have to pay to have their children be taught what they need in college. That's all.
