Trump Can’t Be Bought? Think Again.

Trump Can’t Be Bought? Think Again.

There are three main focuses of Donald Trumps campaign.

  1. He is going to build a wall.
  2. He started the “No more political correctness” movement.
  3. He cannot be bought.

I could speculate on the first two statements and in my opinion, prove them to be false .. but I can completely and utterly PROVE the third statement is a LIE. Trump definitely CAN be bought and he most certainly DOES owe LARGE AMOUNTS of money to some rather suspicious people.

are you incapable of doing your own research?, it is like asking for a source that the ocean is blue. It is now common knowledge, do some research, you low information voter.

That's silly. People make claims all the time. It's incumbent upon them (and frankly, they should be eager to) provide a simple link. The old "you google it" is the refuge of someone who doesn't have a source. ;)

the only person that does not already know this here at acalltopaul, is you. So you can go and do some research, and then come back to play with the big boys.

I linked a source before you even posted your response.  It is in blue, underlined, and says "Source".   It is at the end of my post from The Washington Post.  There is also this great thing called Google where you can look stuff up.  Use it sometime it is great!

Also if you can comprehend what I posted I said the Bill Clinton talked to him about running.  Why Bill Clinton is calling a serious Republican candidate this day and age is beyond me to begin with but that he is encouraging them to run is another thing all together.

Just in case you find that hard to do, here it is again.

And heres another

And one for my Brawndo drinkers out there

Here's another!

Nothing in your 'Source' excerpt refers to claims that someone asked Trump to run.

and its spelled genius ;)

Are you in the running for official site whipping boy?

Your allegation that Rand is for eminent domain is equally absurd.  But that's OK, I am catching what you are putting down.

Good day.

Link to Chicago Tribune article which mentions the investors.

The document does not identify the other participants, but a key member is Grove Capital LLP, according to sources familiar with the transaction.

The firm manages most of the multibillion-dollar real estate portfolio of the $13 billion Soros Fund Management, from which Grove Capital was spun off last month.

The third investor is Blackacre Institutional Capital Management LLC, the real estate arm of hedge fund Cerberus Capital Management LP, which manages assets totaling $14 billion.

Looked into Cerberus as well and found two notable hires:

The firm hired former Vice President Dan Quayle, who serves as Chairman of Cerberus Global Investments, in 1999. The firm hired former United States Secretary of the Treasury John Snow, who serves as Chairman of Cerberus, in 2006.

Cerberus also managed the big bailout of Chrysler in 2006.

Snow was forced to resign (Secretary of Treasury) when it was uncovered that Snow failed to pay income taxes on the $24 million of loan forgiveness he received while CEO of CSX Corporation.

Chicken hawk implies Trump was hawkish, but I haven't seen evidence for that. Anyone capable of getting deferred would do so unless they were really eager to be soldiers and to participate. (Incidentally, these soldier types Paulists typically denigrate.) Being deferred from the draft is nothing to really question Trump's character. And it's especially hypocritical coming from libertarians who oppose the draft. The key premise that Trump is a hawk fails. He may support some actions like going after McCain and Hillary's pets in ISIS but he opposed the Iraq War, and that should be sufficient to show he's no hawk as normally defined. Actually Ron Paul was pretty hawkish during the Reagan period, while Trump was focused on not having America's middle class and industrial base hollowed out.

to skip out from serving, and now he wants to drop effin bombs on families of suspected 'terrorist'...supports no-fly zones, and will put sanctions on innocent people to further the special interest...I see no difference between Trump & McCain...We anti war people are more than just libertarians, we are the conscience of a deaf America!

Your thought has no nuance. Not wanting to get killed in Vietnam was the sane position for anyone able to avoid it. That does not mean a person can never support the use of military force. There's nothing inconsistent about not volunteering to die in Vietnam and advocating using force against a scourge like ISIS. As for Ron Paul's record...

https://www.reddit.com/r/EnoughLibertarianSpam/comments/3osyic/rand_paul...

The most shocking, damning bit of recovered Ron Paul history I've come across is that in June 1979, as Nicaragua’s brutal dictatorship under Somoza was losing its grip on power to leftwing Sandinista guerrillas and a popular national uprising, Ron Paul signed an open letter with dozens of rightwing Congressmen calling on President Carter to intervene militarily in Nicaragua to prop up the dictator and suppress the leftist uprising. The open letter signed by Rep. Paul was published as a full-page ad in the New York Times. At the time, it shocked and alienated some of the true-believer libertarian activists, people like Milton Mueller, then editor of the Libertarian Review, these days a leading figure in the Internet governance community and professor at Syracuse.

Back in 1979, Mueller described Ron Paul’s open call for military intervention into Nicaragua “disgraceful,” writing,

“Representative Paul is not consistently libertarian on foreign policy issues. He is to be commended for his stand on troop withdrawals. But his signature on a full-page ad calling for U.S. intervention in Nicaragua is, frankly, disgraceful.” The ad that Ron Paul signed onto is classic far-right, reactionary Republican militarism. A “principled” Ron Paul would’ve been more supportive of Jimmy Carter’s foreign policy, which by American presidential standards is the least interventionist presidency of the Cold War, if not the entire 20th century (the Harding-Coolidge years were a litany of gunboat diplomacy Marines and Navy interventions all across the globe, from Turkey to China and points in between).

The full page ad appeared in the Times on June 18, 1979, on page A15. It shows a big left arm reaching down from Cuba, stabbing Nicaragua with the sharp end of a sickle, blood pouring down from Nicaragua’s communist wound. The headline: “CONGRESS ASKS: PLEASE, MR. PRESIDENT, NOT ANOTHER CUBA!”

I would like to know who is behind The Tempest Times. They wnt after Trump. But, they coddle Cruz in another article. They also paint the CFR in a good light. Granted Trump is a scumbag and the information may be relevant, but Cruz? Makes me think twice of who is behind this news site. It is from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Which raises another question mark.

Before I believe anything from this site, I would like to know who the people are behind it.

The article on Cruz:   Is Ted Cruz a Globalist? The Truth. http://www.thetempesttimes.com/ted-cruz-globalist-truth/

Is like a self funded CIA.  It is quite scary to think how many countries he has helped to destabilize with his organizations and their color movements.  The fact that a "conservative" or "republican" for that matter would have any financial ties to him let alone in the hundreds of millions of dollars is quite alarming.  Wonder if we are watching PNAC converge on a co-opted liberty / tea party movement.  Needs a lot more research into the money interests behind this guy.  Its safe to say these days if you are a multi-billionaire, the likelihood that you made that pinnacle on your own ingenuity is few and far between.
