By treaty, how many countries are we obligated to go to war to defend?

We are never obligated to defend another country. That doesn't mean we shouldn't consider assisting another country, but that further obliges us, in our consideration, to realize that we are not obligated to do so. We are beyond bankrupt. I wish Rand Paul would tell it this way, rather than implying we are headed for bankruptcy court. Just because the United States Corporation hasn't filed for bankruptcy, doesn't mean we aren't far past filing for it.
