I recently read his book from about 15 years ago called Death of the West...never really liked the guy but I have to admit...he's got some interesting ideas and perspective of the world. A lot of what he said 15 years ago has come true

The Saudi's are not our friends now nor have they ever been and our continued interference in the ME has caused chaos and ramped up hatred.
