Is Rand Paul wrong?

I must say that after almost four years of listening to, being confronted with and glaring at the monitor in utter disbelief at the apathy and gullibility of the American people (if the polls are remotely accurate), it seems as though the candidate most ridiculed for his methods of pursuing the presidential nomination is Rand Paul. It is unbelievable that in this country so many are apparently intoxicated by messages of aggression, the inevitability of perpetual war and the implications of Constitutional circumvention and revision. I have been following Rand back to his filibuster concerning the Patriot Act and his willingness to stand for liberty for more than 12 hours against the dangers of drone strikes to U.S. citizens on American soil. As much as one can find some reason to turn against Rand Paul, I have yet to find one. I simply identify with what he says and the manner in which he says it. Rand has a way of speaking that conjures the want for sympathy and restoration of our decrepit financial and economic situation and how it is the direct effect made so by perpetual and illegal regime change in war. And I’ve often pondered the legitimacy of Paul’s sanity, rather how he is able to sustain it under the weights of enormous deception to and undermining of our most sacred of principles.

Is Rand Paul wrong?

Am I to abandon the notion of peace and Rand’s call for keeping open lines of communication in order to support someone who would plow beneath my rights and make a mockery of the conscious revolution our descendants died for? Am I to ignore Paul’s tireless campaign of revealing to voters and the citizenry the inconsistencies and hypocrisies of the other candidates? What exactly is Rand Paul saying that finds him so targeted by the government media? Is he floundering? Is his message unavailable, or is it being made so by censorship and omission? Who am I to trust after falling unexpectedly into the rabbit hole four years ago? The only voice that seems to resonate with me is that of Paul’s, as his father before him. And despite his media-made ‘deathwatches’ one thing has remained constant: the more [they] try and rid the Republican race of Rand, the more he fights back. Is anyone within the ‘liberty-movement’ noticing that Rand is not putting up with the same grievances laid upon him as did his father? And now, when cornered by his lone-saneness of position and principle, the media is pouncing with brazen heel to stomp-out any recognition of a peaceful and prosperous message.

I believe that Rand will win Iowa. As a fervent supporter of both Ron and Rand Paul I cannot believe this nation is so-far-gone as to exit what be a final opportunity to bring restoration and constitutionality back to all people of this country. Rand is the only candidate who has advocated for unity and true equality. All others seem to be the slighter versions of divisiveness and inequality that has been plaguing this country for so long.

I stand with Rand!

Peace and Love always.

I have been on board since the first filibuster. It was the first time in many many years that someone took the effort to stand strong against his own peers to protect the people rather than his own interests. :)

have been paramount to the advancement of a peaceful and diplomatic/pragmatic solution. I must say that Christie advocating for shooting down Russian aircraft is beyond delusion and directly threatens us here at home.
