it is fundamentally foolish.. for a predominantly "Christian"  country...  to think that it can be an arbitrator for peace. in a predominantly Muslim region.

simply entertaining this idea.. would require complete ignorance of just how long the Abrahamic faiths involved... have been fighting each other...
