I have been following PINAC(Photography Is Not A Crime)....this guy has been assaulted by goons a few times...He also challenges the city council which led up to this!!!!

That is one unique individual.  He seems pretty mellow, but he knew when to take action and use force to stop more violence from happening.  I've never heard so much profanity in an interview.  I wonder if this FOX affiliate was able to use any of the footage.  If so, probably lots of it bleaped out. How did you find this clip?

I got this by an email link through a friend in the 'Copblock" organization, Didn't you feel like the cop was gonna become a goon busting out his window to give the guy 50,000 volts??? 

But it is a perfect example of asserting ones RIGHTS!!!

About the white skater kid in the OP.  But, yeah the dude in the car stood his ground and it worked.  I have seen other vids where the cops bust the window and pull the person out.  Pretty impressive stand by the guy in the car.  I hadn't heard NWA in probably 20 years.  Funny that I still know the lyrics.
