Let me tell you something about Tucker Carlson...

pawnstorm12 Thu, 04/12/2018 - 15:54

Since Tucker Carlson is the new "Bill O'Reilly" on the LYING FOX NEWS network, I have to weigh in on him.

In short, he is a lying, hypocrite, pseudo-conservative PUNK.

In June of 2008, Congressman Ron Paul ended his campaign for President of the United States when it became obvious that McCain would be the republican nominee.

In September of that year, Dr. Paul held a political event in support of liberty called “The Rally for the Republic” in Minneapolis at the Target Center in counter to the Republican National Convention being held in St. Paul that same week.

Tucker Carlson agreed to host the event in support of Congressman Paul and the cause of liberty.

He did conduct emcee duties in the morning, introducing various speakers and guests who were there to support Dr. Paul’s new organization the “Campaign for Liberty.”

But about a third of the way through the event - after a speech by Governor Jesse Ventura - Carlson simply disappeared.

The event had to scramble for a replacement emcee and no one knew what had happened to Tucker Carlson.

A few weeks later when asked about what had happened that day, Carlson said that a friend came to the Rally and talked him into leaving and attending the Republican National Convention in St. Paul instead.

So Carlson simply left unannounced, leaving the Rally high and dry without a host.

Carlson also related that his friend had asked him “What are you doing here with these Paul-tards anyway?  Come with me over to the ‘real’ convention across town.”

I was at Dr. Paul’s Rally that day and so were 13,000 other liberty-loving people.

I witnessed it first-hand and had no idea at the time what had happened to Tucker Carlson.

It was very disrespectful to Ron Paul - and to all of us who were there sincerely in support of liberty - much of which the American people have lost.

I will never forget how Carlson let us down that day so nothing he says means anything to me.

He’s just another spokes-mouth for the lying, mainstream, anti-liberty media and it’s no surprise that he works for FOX NEWS, one of the most dishonest media outlets in America.

Guys, I don't agree with pawnstorm about writing people off entirely; I never felt that way about Beck either, though many around the Pauloshphere have; I have just never been that way in general life. But even though I don't agree, I do feel that pawnstorm's point of view is reasonable. Let me offer an analogy: If one wants to be taken seriously as a Christian, they need to show that they realize they have sinned, it's not that people cannot be forgiven, or that they should not be accepted by established Christians, it's just that if you don't say you're sorry, no one believes that you understood what you did wrong. Now as far as being treaed with love and respect, that shouldn't matter, but you definately shouldn't be in a position of leadership if you've never admitted to changing.

Truth is true no matter who says it, but there is danger in putting trust in people who turn out to try to lead the movement astray, as Jones has.

So, pawnstorm, lighten up, and be happy that some truth is leaking out, and Jdayh, also lighten up, pawnstorm is just trying to be a good - even if overreacting - shepherd.

Who "trusts" the corporations  .. that pay them? Anyone 'waiting' for the 'news' to conveniently come to them from the MSM.. well.. it's like inviting the devil to teach Sunday School.

He was less than fair to Ron Paul on more than one occasion.. which is unfortunate. Not saying I trust the guy but it is nice to hear someone on Fox questioning the Syria situation before banging the war drums. But time will tell if his concerns are genuine.

1...if he had been a man and...

2...if he thought he had "screwed up" as you say.

But he didn't screw up - he turned war-mongering RINO under pressure from his RINO friends so he could get future jobs at lying news outlets like FOX.

I see no sign of him thinking he screwed up.

He's now just another anti-liberty traitor and FOX NEWS RAT.

He has never made a mistake. in fact he was born a ron paulite from the womb , when he was a child and started  speaking he chastised his parents for not voting libertarian , then when he was older (say 1st grade or so ) he picketed his teachers and tried to get them fired for being democrats and "thinking wrongly about life in general" ...years later in his teens he would form political discussion groups where people would do some sort of salute (or was it a handshake, I cant recall)  to be members of the libertarian purist party he formed on campus, He then ran on a platform of non -interventionism(ie no security at school ,and no inter-shool competition/ie war) instead he promoted trading with the area schools (like trading lunch menus and  doing teacher swaps where teachers could rotate from school to school, thus promoting different school cultures in each school fostering peace and goodwill and a more diverse understanding of each other) Sadly he lost.......

Now as an adult he has no time for political mistakes, unless you are a perfect Ron Paul follower, (or Ron Paul himself) he does not let you get a pass on anything. If an  up and coming newsman got skittish and left the MC job at Rally at the Republic, he should be forever HATED AND SKEWED. never allowing for forgiveness or empathy towards the person. Nor even giving his news show any credit on anything (even if its say 80% correct on topics --like against syrian intervention) He now defines his opinions w/ purity and pefection allowing no room for error in any politician (even Ron Paul has complemented President Trump on many occasions)

So have understanding for pawnstorm...

Looks like you spent a lot of time defending a typical FOX TRAITOR to liberty.

But I appreciate that you cared enough to  leave a comment.
